7. Liability and Insurance

We recommend that clients maintain adequate insurance coverage for their facilities.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain our property:

  • Proprietary software and tools

  • Mediation: Third-party mediation for unresolved disputes
  • Legal Action: As a last resort, subject to UAE law
  • Jurisdiction: Dubai, UAE courts have exclusive jurisdiction

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as possible.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time:

  • Changes will be posted on our website
  • Material changes will be communicated to active clients
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
  • Previous terms remain in effect for existing agreements
